RETURN PACKAGING

PIECES MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL MAILER OR A PACKAGE OF EQUAL WEIGHT. FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED IN PRIORITY FLAT-RATE ENVELOPES, RETURN PIECES USING THE INCLUDED POLY-MAILER. DO NOT SHIP PIECES BACK USING A PRIORITY ENVELOPE. ANY POSTAGE DUE INCURRED FROM A IMPROPER PACKAGING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

RETURNS THAT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, DAMAGE, SCENTS, OR ALTERATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE WITHHELD FROM ANY RETURN RECEIVED WITHOUT IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR TAGS.

MISSING PACKAGE

IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BY THE CARRIER, BUT IS NOT PRESENT, PLEASE CHECK SURROUNDING AREAS AND WITH ANY NEIGHBORS. OCCASIONALLY, CARRIERS WILL MARK PACKAGES AT "DELIVERED" PREMATURELY AND CAN ARRIVE A FEW DAYS LATER, PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR THE PACKAGE TO ARRIVE.

IF YOU ARE STILL UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE, WE HIGHLY ADVISE YOU SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH YOUR LOCAL CARRIER OR POST OFFICE. FOR ASSISTANCE IN LOCATING THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS FILING A 'MISSING PACKAGE' CLAIM IF YOU BELIEVE THE PACKAGE WAS NOT PROPERLY DELIVERED. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPPING OR REIMBURSING STOLEN PACKAGES FROM CUSTOMER'S PROPERTIES. SO PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS/MAILBOX GIVEN IS VISIBLE FOR DELIVERY BUT SECURE, AND ALL STEPS ARE TAKEN TO MONITOR YOUR DELIVERY ALERTS TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS "UNDELIVERABLE" OR "RETURN TO SENDER" YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURN FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: ADDRESS WAS ENTERED/FORMATTED INCORRECTLY, ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN, VACANT OR NO SECURE LOCATION FOR DELIVERY.

ONCE RETURNED BACK TO US, WE MAY BE ABLE TO RESHIP THE PACKAGE ONCE MORE WITH CORRECTION OR A NEW PROVIDED ADDRESS (DOMESTIC ORDER ONLY). IF DELIVERY IS UNSUCCESSFUL AGAIN ONLY THE VALUE OF THE ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED (NOT SHIPPING FEES). 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by IGWM. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by IGWM.
