Shipping + Returns
PROCESSING TIMES
Once your order is placed, our processing time is 1-3 business days. After the order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your email containing your tracking number.
We love our friends at the Post Office, however, once we ship your order, we can't always guarantee delivery times, but they're usually lightning quick.
PRIORITY MAIL/EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Selection of PRIORITY MAIL and PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS are still subject to order processing times.
RETURNS - REFUNDS - EXCHANGES
If you don't love your item(s) or they just don't quite fit right, you can send them back for an exchange or refund, minus the shipping cost, within 30 days of ordering.
STEP 1: CLICK HERE to start your return or exchange and select the items you are returning.
STEP 2: Download a prepaid return label and ship the item(s) back.
STEP 3: Your return will be processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
*Apparel must be unworn.
*Sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges - At this time our return system can only handle an exchange for the same item, in a different size. If you would like a different product, please select STORE CREDIT and purchase the item separately.
Returns- After your return has been processed, please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to show in your account.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Cancel Order- Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order, or an item from the order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment team, we can attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after an order is placed.
To assist your as best as possible, please include your order number when reaching out with an issue.
Current average response time is 24-48 hours. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (EST).
Return Packaging- Try your best to use the original packaging your order arrived in, but you can ship it back in whatever way to most convenient for you.
MISSING PACKAGE
If your package has been marked "DELIVERED" by the carrier, but is not present, please check surrounding areas and any close neighbors.
Occasionally, carriers will mark packages as "DELIVERED" prematurely and will arrive within 24-48 hours after, so please allow this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot account for theft of packages once they are delivered and you will need to reach out to your local carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to and after submitting an order. Once a package is shipped we cannot redirect an order.
The cost to reship an order with incorrect addresses is not our responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by IGWM. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by IGWM.
